This property had a balcony at the front which was wasted space, so the homeowners wanted to utilise this to expand their bedroom space.
R D Carpentry built the timer frame and roof extension. The next steps saw us build internal walls; replace the banister; install their new kitchen; and lay flooring downstairs. We were responsible for hanging new doors and other fittings throughout their property, as well as guttering, fascia and soffits and garden fencing adjustments.
